We are always looking for creative, brilliant, enthusiastic, hard-working scientists and engineers to join our team at Northeastern University.
We have many interdisciplinary projects that span aspects of polymer chemistry, materials science & engineering, biomaterials, microfabrication, tissue engineering, drug delivery, and immunotherapy.
Multiple positions available:
Self-funded Postdoctoral Research Fellows Applicants who are interested should send a CV and names of three references to Prof. Bencherif with a title line containing the exact phrase “self-funded postdoctoral fellow”. Source of funding should also be clearly stated. Candidates with a background in polymer science, biomaterials, drug delivery, microfluidics, cancer immunotherapy, and immunoengineering are preferred.
Graduate Students Students must first be accepted into the School of Engineering at Northeastern University. Students from Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Chemistry may work in our group. Please indicate on your application that you are interested in working with Prof. Bencherif.
Undergraduate Students We encourage the extensive participation of undergraduate students in our lab. Please send your CV including contact information for one reference to Prof. Bencherif.
Self-funded Visiting Students/Researchers We welcome visiting researchers from all over the world. Source of funding should also be clearly stated and only applicants who aim to visit for more than 3 months (ideally 6-24 months) will be considered.
